Week 11: This week’s “Module 4a – Social Media 101” you will learn the most powerful social media platform on which to focus, how to create an efficient social media system within your practice, and the most common mistakes that are all too easy to make. Let this be your guide through the social media maze.
Week 13: Now that you have a Facebook system in place, how are you going to know what to post in order to create maximum engagement? You’re in luck as this week’s “Module 4b – Engagement Driven Social Media” is designed to provide powerful insights into the Facebook algorithm along with engagement focused strategies that you will be able to immediately implement.
Week 15: While the internet has brought great opportunity to the veterinary profession, it has also produced its own frustrations and potential pitfalls.Fortunately in this week’s “Module 5 – Reputation Management 101” you will learn the basic framework for monitoring your practice’s reputation and how to respond to negative reviews.
