Success Story Contest

Help other practices and be featured as a PHP tools Success Story by describing your practice's experience after you have utilized and implemented one or more of the tools from the Resources Tool Box. By sharing your success story and "lessons learned" with other veterinary practice teams we can help our patients receive the best preventive care possible and spread the word about the value of the PHP tools!

How to enter: "As Simple as 1 - 2 - 3"

  1. Explore the Resources Tool Box.
  2. Pick one or two of the tools and use them with your practice team (if you have not already done so).
  3. Submit your success story electronically using the Success Stories Entry Form Template.
